Job Description
Software Development
- Design, develop, and maintain fullstack web applications using NodeJS, TypeScript, React.js ecosystem (Router, Redux, Next.js), and Refine.dev for data-intensive dashboards.
- Build modular and scalable backend services with NestJS.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and messaging technologies with backend systems.
- Apply OOP, design patterns, and performance optimization principles to ensure scalable applications.
Collaboration & Agile Practices
- Participate in Scrum activities, including code reviews and unit testing, to improve software quality.
- Assist Product Owners/Business Analysts in refining user stories.
- Work with QA/Testers on test automation and bug resolution.
- Support DevOps in build and release automation.
Documentation & Specifications
- Prepare interface specifications, technical documentation, and design guidelines.
- Ensure consistent and clear documentation for maintainability and scalability.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in fullstack web application development with NodeJS.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
- Proficiency with React.js ecosystem (Router, Redux, Next.js).
- Experience with Refine.dev for admin panels and dashboards.
- Strong backend expertise with NestJS.
- Proficiency in RESTful API design and integration.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks for unit and end-to-end testing.
- Solid understanding of performance optimization and scalable architecture.
- Strong fundamentals in OOP and design patterns.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, fast learner with an eye for quality.
- Team player with inclusive and collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with public cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS).
- Experience with microservices application development.
- Experience developing platform-level features (configuration management, service discovery, feature switches).
