Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scalable and responsive web applications that meet the needs of our banking clients.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead the design and implementation of new features while ensuring the continuation of high performance and availability of our existing systems.
Ensure the code quality and application security through regular code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
Collaborate with the DevOps team to streamline development and deployment processes using CI/CD methodologies.
Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to foster skill development and code quality.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies and propose adaptations of new technologies to improve existing systems.
Job Requirement
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in professional software development.
Expertise in key technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, Angular, React, or other modern JS frameworks.
Strong experience with server-side languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, or . NET.
Profound knowledge of database design and management with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Demonstrated experience in building RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures.
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS models.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to solve complex technical problems.
Prior experience within the finance or banking sector is highly advantageous.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
