Job Description
System Design & Development
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Golang for backend and SvelteKit for frontend.
- Build, optimize, and maintain GraphQL APIs for data-driven applications.
- Implement microservices architecture for modular, scalable, and resilient systems.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Ensure code quality through peer reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices.
- Participate in system architecture discussions and promote engineering excellence across teams.
Performance & Maintenance
- Support performance tuning, system optimization, and issue troubleshooting.
- Maintain high system reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentorship & Leadership
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of learning and technical growth.
- Drive knowledge-sharing sessions and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Backend Engineer.
- Proven experience in Golang backend development.
- Proficiency in SvelteKit or similar modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, etc.).
- Experience in building and maintaining GraphQL APIs.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Solid SQL knowledge and experience with MS SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing, and version control systems.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Deep understanding of backend and frontend integration best practices.
- Ability to design, build, and deploy scalable systems with high reliability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, API Gateway).
- Familiarity with Temporal Workflow or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with Node.js for backend or API development.
- Knowledge of containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Background in performance tuning and system observability.
- Experience mentoring or leading small engineering teams.
