Job Description

Connecting new sources into search and developing new query pipelines
Developing and optimizing search algorithms.
Evaluating and improving search performance.
Supporting maintenance and troubleshooting of existing AI/ML Search
Staying up to date with the latest advancements in search technologies and information retrieval methods. Continuously explore new approaches to improve search quality and speed.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Fine-tune their relevance rankings so that the list of results is contextualized for users.

Job Requirement

Proven industry work experience as an expert in the development and delivery of search solutions
In-depth knowledge of modern information retrieval concepts, including
Learning to Rank, Hybrid Search, and the application of word2vec and other word embedding techniques.
Understands the benefits and differences from JSUI and Headless capabilities, and can develop within these technologies
