Job Description
System Implementation & Configuration
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA in the CO, PS, and RA modules.
- Design, configure, and test SAP S/4HANA solutions covering Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing (CO-PC), and COPA.
- Implement Project System functionalities including WBS, Networks, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, and Actual Costing.
- Set up and execute Results Analysis methods including cost-based and revenue-based RA.
Cross-Functional Integration & Migration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including FI, MM, SD, and PP to ensure seamless system integration.
- Perform data migration activities related to project accounting and CO objects.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Support
- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into robust system solutions.
- Conduct workshops, prepare detailed functional specifications, and interact with ABAP developers for custom enhancements.
- Develop test scripts, perform integration testing (SIT and UAT), and provide comprehensive training to end-users.
- Provide critical support for month-end and year-end financial closing activities related to CO and PS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents aggressively while providing continuous improvement solutions.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- SAP Certification in CO, PS, or S/4HANA is considered a strong advantage.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 10 years of SAP experience, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations on SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven experience in configuring and supporting CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders), PS (WBS, Networks, Budgeting), and RA modules.
- Experience with S/4HANA migration projects and Fiori Apps is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of business processes in project accounting, controlling, and results analysis.
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to write detailed functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Personality & Attitude
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly adaptable in complex global technology environments.
