Job Description
System Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Investigate reported problems and errors, initiate necessary amendments, and perform rigorous testing to ensure efficient and accurate system operations.
- Propose effective workarounds or alternative technical solutions for complex system issues.
- Take full ownership of managing IT incidents and driving rapid problem resolution.
System Configuration & Enhancements
- Work effectively on change requests for SAP HCM solutions, focusing heavily on the Personnel Administration and Time Management modules.
- Execute comprehensive testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), for PA configurations and TM system enhancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Documentation
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all business requirements are met while actively driving customer satisfaction.
- Deliver clear, detailed change documentation and comprehensive user training guides for system updates and rollouts.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related technical fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and maintenance.
- Deep expertise and a strong technical skillset in core SAP HCM modules, specifically Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management (TM).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the proven ability to identify root causes quickly and accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with HR and IT stakeholders.
Personality & Attitude
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as a strong team player.
- Possess a high sense of integrity, ownership, and strict accountability in delivering quality work.
