Job Description
- Own end-to-end Product, Digital Experience, and Analytics - direction, execution, and outcomes
- Translate business goals into clear product and analytics strategy, priorities, and roadmaps
- Ensure high-quality execution - specs are dev-ready, UX is shippable, and delivery is fast and reliable
- Drive data-informed decision making - define what to track, ensure metrics are trusted, and turn insights into action
- Identify and close gaps between expected vs actual performance (retention, conversion, revenue)
- Set and enforce standards, best practices, and operating frameworks across Product and Analytics
- Align cross-functionally with Dev, DX, Ops, and Clients to remove bottlenecks and ensure smooth delivery
- Build and lead high-performing teams - hire, develop, and structure Product and Analytics functions
- Establish clear ownership, accountability, and succession for key roles
- Maintain a strong balance of strategy and hands-on involvement to ensure both direction and execution quality
Job Requirement
- 5+ years in product, operations, or general management roles
- Proven experience leading multi-function teams (Product, UX, Analytics)
- Experience owning both strategy and execution
- Strong ability to translate business goals into product and data direction
- Experience building teams, setting standards, and scaling systems in a fast-moving environment
