Job Description
Product Feature Design
- Own and prioritize features in the product backlog to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Translate business and user needs into clear functional specifications, ensuring product requirements are clear, actionable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to define flows, edge cases, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasibility, clarify requirements, and validate that implemented features meet the intended design and functional specs.
- Maintain detailed product documentation, including functional specs and system behaviors.
- Take end-to-end ownership of smaller features or tasks, ensuring clarity and completeness from concept to release.
Product Operations & Analytics
- Monitor user feedback, product metrics, and behavior trends to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
- Track product outcomes to ensure features deliver measurable business and user value.
- Partner with QA, Engineering, and Project teams to identify and resolve product issues efficiently.
- Contribute across the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation and continuous iteration.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
Experience & Knowledge
- Freshies are welcome; experience is not required but candidates must demonstrate strong foundational capabilities.
