Team Leadership and Architecture

• Have experience in leading a team of 5 to 10+ members.
• Provide guidance to Juniors and suggestions to other colleagues with a deep understanding of technology stacks.
• Propose better software architecture with the right design patterns for suitable situations.

Product Development and Coding

• Maintain high quality of products with participation in code review and design reviews.
• Build high-quality products and contribute important impacts on our product roadmap planning.
• Propose and implement solutions/products with Java, JavaScript, SQL, Spring, Python, and Shell Scripts.
• Work with the front-end team to build a high-performance, user-friendly, and stable web product.

Research and Documentation

• Research up-to-date technology stacks to continue bringing better performance and higher-quality products to stakeholders.
• Write down documentation for different technologies and knowledge to share knowledge among everyone.

Support and Optimization

• Provide in-depth support to Technical Support Analysts.
• Solve puzzles from clients’ feedback and logs to find out the real cause.
• Provide insight for database performance and stability.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Certificates in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering, or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

• From 12 years to 20+ years of relevant experience in full-stack web development.
• Candidate should possess a good understanding of and practical experience with Java Web-based application development.
• Familiar with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, MySQL, JavaScript, and Shell Scripts.
• Strong Java skills and object-oriented design experience, and design patterns.
• Experience in using Spring & Hibernate in programming works is highly preferred.
• Familiar with Unix/Linux environment.
• Familiar with different source control tools.
• Good knowledge of microservices is an added advantage.
• Experience in database performance tuning and query enhancement is an added advantage.
• Experience in DevOps relevant tasks is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Billing/charging interface/API is an added advantage.
