I. JOB SUMMARY

Implement and maintain all aspects of the IT infrastructure function, including the implementation of processes, tools, and systems to identify, measure, manage, monitor, and report infrastructure.
Manage the operations of server and network infrastructure, managing all aspects of a Windows server, Virtualization system, Office 365, Microsoft Azure resources, WAN & LAN support, etc.

II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and support Outlook, MS. Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc. on Office 365.
Maintain and support Azure workload, and resources on Microsoft Azure tenant.
Maintain network system, hardware devices, and software, including servers, WAN & LAN, storage, etc.
Coordinate with third-party for maintenance of network hardware, software, servers, storage, and other IT services, etc.
Operate backup and recovery system.
Evaluate network hardware and software requirements and capabilities and make recommendations.
Be responsible for building and managing IT Infrastructure Unit documents such as manuals, guidelines, SOP, etc.
Periodically revise and update documents to ensure all documents are updated correctly.
Conduct infrastructure compliance & risk assessments.
Follow all procedures of Problem management, Change management, and Incident management.
Research new technologies.

1. Internal: Report to Supervisor/ Manager, work will other members in Section/ Department.

2. External: Related Departments, Vendors

IV. WORKING CONDITION

Having Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System or related majors;
Having expertise in the field of cyber security.
Having proficient communication, problem solving, MS Office skills and English ability;
Having 5+ years of experience in system & network operations, system & network administration.
