Job Description

Analyze the customer needs and design, document, test, and develop software as required to satisfy the functional and non requirements.
Involve in the entire software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support.
Participate in architect & detail design, code reviews.
Research and identify root causes of defects and issues.
Drive continuous improvement and efficiency by recommending process enhancements and additional features.
Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle.
Work as part of a team and participate in project activities as needed.

Job Requirement

1+ (Junior), 2+ (Middle) and 3+ (Senior) years of experience in software development

Good experience or understanding of design patterns and software architectures.
Strong experience in SW development with any technology stack below:

- NodeJS, Python, PHP, C#, Java…

- Reactjs, Vuejs, Angular etc.

- Java/J2EE, Spring Boot,Hibernate, JPA,Struts, SAStruts etc.

- Experience in AWS EC2, Serverless, ElasticSearch

Familiar with SQL Server or any database system
Experience in and quickly adapt to several software development methodologies such as Agile/Scum, Waterfall, V-Model, etc.
Experience in Unit testing methodology.
Good coding, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
Honest, self-disciplined, and self-motivated
Proactive, friendly, good attitude and open-minded
Good in English, both speaking and listening (Have Japanese skill is a plus)
