Job Description
System Design and Development
- Design, develop, implement, and manage high-quality Java applications, services, and APIs for both production and pre-release environments using scalable microservices architecture on AWS Cloud.
- Ensure all applications meet customer and business requirements through comprehensive understanding and consistent development practices.
- Participate in Agile software development, including prototyping, code reviews, and collaboration with international teams to build scalable, microservices-based products.
DevOps and Quality Assurance
- Collaborate with delivery teams to establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, processes, and tooling.
- Ensure robust coding practices, including high unit test coverage, efficient debugging, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor platform performance, analyze client feedback, and address issues promptly to maintain reliability and stability.
Research and Improvement
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and industry developments to continuously improve system design and functionality.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager while ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 7 years of professional experience in backend development, capable of handling high-load systems and building solutions from scratch.
- Strong command of Java and solid understanding of OOP and AOP principles.
- Ability to read and interpret SRS/FRS and implement flow documents effectively.
- Familiarity with software design patterns such as Clean Architecture, Layered, or MVC, and with JDBC and RESTful concepts.
Technical Skills
- Experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Proficient in databases such as Elasticsearch, MongoDB, MySQL, and Redis.
- Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3) and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Understanding of OAuth 2 and JWT authentication frameworks.
- Open-minded approach, adaptable to multiple programming languages, and capable of leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and output quality.
