Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side components of the application.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create scalable and high-performing solutions.
- Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side logic.
- Develop and maintain relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of backend systems.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with DevOps to deploy, monitor, and maintain backend services.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect application data.
- Create and maintain documentation for backend systems and APIs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest backend technologies.
Job Requirement
- 3+ years of backend development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, Java, Ruby, Go, or Node.js).
- Strong experience with relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints.
- Experience using Git and GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
- Familiarity with writing unit and integration tests.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with designing and deploying microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices.
- Knowledge of OWASP top security risks and mitigation strategies.
