Job Description
Strategy & Innovation
- Proactively identify and evaluate emerging Generative AI technologies to meet evolving business objectives.
- Conceptualize and advocate for innovative AI applications that align with long-term organizational goals.
- Act as an internal champion, effectively communicating and "selling" the adoption of AI solutions to stakeholders across the organization.
Development & Technical Execution
- Lead the end-to-end development and rollout of AI applications, utilizing a mix of in-house development and external procurement strategies.
- Build robust solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance application quality.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Machine Learning models, including MLOps, system integration, and performance optimization.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Learning
- Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration and effective deployment of AI solutions.
- Exhibit strong leadership in managing projects, guiding team members, and achieving collective project goals.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI and related fields to maintain a competitive technological edge.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Data Science.
- Proven hands-on experience in MLOps, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG frameworks.
- Solid background in implementing AI solutions within a corporate environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent programming abilities in Python and AI frameworks (e.g., Llama Index, LangChain).
- Hands-on experience with AWS ML services (SageMaker, Kendra, OpenSearch).
- Strong Project Management skills and proven leadership capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Strategic thinker with a passion for continuous learning in a fast-paced technology landscape.
