Job Description

AI Solution Design & Development

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and tools to improve existing business systems and processes.
• Implement AI features such as chatbots, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, and NLP-based search functionalities.
• Integrate AI models and APIs into current enterprise systems, ensuring scalability, data privacy, and performance optimization.

Data Analysis & Model Training

• Work with large datasets to train, validate, and fine-tune machine learning models for production deployment.
• Utilize data analytics tools (Power BI, QlikSense, or similar platforms) to visualize business insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct ongoing system performance testing and continuously optimize AI models for higher accuracy and efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, Operations, and Business Units to identify automation opportunities and AI integration use cases.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver AI-based initiatives effectively.
• Document technical processes, architectures, and user manuals for AI solutions developed.

Innovation & Research

• Stay up to date with the latest AI frameworks, technologies, and MLOps best practices.
• Contribute to the Company’s digital transformation initiatives through applied research and proof-of-concept development.
• Propose innovative ideas and evaluate emerging technologies for potential implementation.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in AI software development or IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience in designing, building, and integrating AI tools into existing business solutions.
• Knowledge of data engineering and automation workflows preferred.
• Familiarity with supply chain or logistics processes is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or JavaScript (AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn).
• Strong foundation in software architecture, algorithms, and system design.
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, QlikSense, or Tableau).
• Strong analytical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and adaptability in cross-functional team environments.
• Open-minded, innovative, and proactive in exploring new technologies.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors or partners is an advantage.
