Job Requirement

  • Working experience in ServiceNow Modules
  • Overall Understanding on the ServiceNow
  • Knowledge and experience in ITSM Modules (Incident, Service Catalog, Change, Problem) Modules
  • Knowledge and experience in ServiceNow tables and structure
  • Knowledge in ServiceNow All Modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM)
  • Have Expertise in Creating API or using external API
  • Have worked in ACL
  • ITIL Certified
  • Having experience working in CMDB discovery and configuration
  • Working in Service Portal, CSS, HTML, AngularJS
  • Able to be working in Integration with ServiceNow with other applications.
  • Should be a self-learning and able to gain knowledge by reading ServiceNow Document
  • Able to work as a team player - able to help team members and bring them up to speed.
