Job Description

• Be a member of product team, work closely with developers, and users to fully understand existing user needs and gain positive value.
• Research, define and improve on Hiip platform experience.
• Develop detailed user stories and support the technical team in exploring these stories. (customer journey, product requirement document, use cases, user flows, …)
• Develop, maintain and execute manual test cases for product features.
• Test, analyze, and report test results.

Working location: PLS Building, 5th Floor, 240 Nguyen Dinh Chinh, Ward 11, Phu Nhuan District, HCM

Working time: 9:00 -18:00 from Monday to Friday

Job Requirement

• At least 4 months working experience
• Good communication in English (IELTS > 6.5 - must attach certificate & a short introduction video about yourself when applying)
• Having ownership of your work and your product.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Passion for building products. Interest in pursuing a career in product management. 
• Good analytical, writing, documenting and problem-solving skills.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics or a related field is preferred.
• Having experience in software design or UX/UI is a plus.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus, you don’t need to be that code geek.
• Having an understanding or interest in influencer marketing is preferred.
