Job Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Leader QA engineer to oversee our quality assurance team. You will be required to oversee all aspects of software and product testing within the company. This may include developing test strategies, drawing up test documents, identifying faults, and reviewing QA reports.

To ensure success as a senior QA engineer you should have extensive experience in analytics, high-level problem-solving skills, and the ability to project manage. A top-notch senior QA engineer ensures the smooth running of the QA department and ultimately customer satisfaction.

Leader QA Engineer Responsibilities:

• Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan.
• Develop, document and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test plans, test data, data validation, harness scripts and automated scripts.
• Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results.
• Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.
• Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management.
• Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
• Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.

Job Requirement

Leader QA Engineer Requirements:

• Insights and experience leading a cross functional team.
• Ability to work in English
• Experienced in testing API using Postman, Soap UI, XCode ...
• Proficient use of SQL queries is a plus
• Experience working with Mobile Testing (Android and IOS), E-commerce, B2B2C is an advantage
• Experienced, knowledgeable in programming, being able to do automation is a plus
• Understand the testing and product development processes.
• Experience working under an Agile (Scrum) methodology
• Ability to communicate and solve problems by themselves
• Ability to learn new knowledge and skills if instructed.
