Description

Collaborate with our development team to integrate front-end React code with backend Wordpress and WooCommerce systems. 

Participate in weekly catch-ups with the development lead via web camera to discuss ongoing projects, updates, and blockers. These meetings will be organized via Google Calendar. 

Ensure seamless UI/UX design and functionality, providing optimal user interaction and experience. 

Address and communicate blockers and issues promptly via Slack, ensuring the development lead is kept informed of progress and challenges. 

Job Requirement

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in frontend development

Proven experience and strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, and JavaScript. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools. 

A good understanding of Wordpress and WooCommerce integration is highly desirable. 

English speaking is definitely desirable as we like to do regular video calls, especially with someone new. 

Ability to translate wireframes and designs into high-quality code, ensuring both the functionality and aesthetic of applications are optimized. 

Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines. 

Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English and the ability to communicate clearly and promptly via Slack. 

Availability for regular weekly catch-ups via web camera and some crossover with AU work hours is essential.
