Recruitment for Cyber Security Risk Manager at HR1TECH

Technical/Functional Responsibilities:
Develop, establish, and implement policies and frameworks for IT security and risk management.
Analyse the security threats the company or organisation may face.
Perform or monitor risk assessments, which comprise analysing, identifying, describing, and quantifying risks that impact all business risks.
Perform risk evaluation, which entails comparing potential risk with company-defined criteria such as cost, environmental issues, and regulatory requirements, and evaluating the company’s previous risk management.
Managing all IT risk factors, such as the possibility of system failure or data loss
Prepare risk management plans to develop a business continuity plan that will help to decrease risk factors.
Develop and maintain good communication channels with other risk partners, such as Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, etc.
To raise risk awareness, educate and train employees inside the organisation.

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business, or a related field
Four to six years cyber security or IT operational experience, including technical knowledge of various security applications and approaches; including experience IT Risk management frameworks.
Strong working knowledge of risk management and previous experience working with risk (i.e., risk assistant or risk analyst)
Understanding of IT Controls frameworks/compliance including Sarbanes - Oxley; ISO 2700x; SANS/CIS/NIST, etc.
Strong verbal and written abilities, which include the ability to read and write in English. o Strong multitasking and project management skills
Ability to handle private, sensitive, confidential information appropriately.
Proven experience as a Risk Management
Knowledge of risk assessment and control o Experience with auditing and reporting procedures.
Strong computer and research skills
Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
Excellent presentation skills

Ideally, you'll also have:

Experience in diversified, global operations utilizing complex applications.
CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT certifications (or in process)
Professional services or cyber security consulting background o Network and operating systems security experience o Must possess a high degree of integrity and confidentiality. o Ability to put forth additional effort to meet deadlines
