Job Description

Researching and deeply understanding all level of business analyst training structure (beginner-intermediate-advance).
Designing business analyst course and learning flow according to thinking standards creative design (Design Thinking) and international pedagogical standards (Harvard), ensuring students achieve their goals criteria for critical thinking ability.
Continuous improvement for business analyst courses, designing course materials: Lecture slides, video lectures, learning tools and coordination documents coursesto create meaningful, easy and effective learning experiences.
Ensure all courses are designed according to the method "learner-centric”, the studying experiences with diversity, proaction, and attraction are created to follow students' desires.
Reasearching and developing new business analyst trend.

Working location: 10th floor, 54 Le Thanh Nghi, Bach Khoa ward, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi

Working time: 8:30 – 17:45 from Monday to Friday.

Job Requirement

Professional qualifications:

Bachelor of IT software or Information Systems or Business major.
Minimum 3 years of business analysis related experience in software development projects.
Experience in software development life cycle (Agile scrum, Waterfall).
Experience in user journey of domain (Edtech, E-commerce, Fintech...).
Having good knowledge of UI/UX (Figma, Basamig...).
Excellent in BRS, SRS document writing.

Skill qualifications:

Passion on building an IT product.
Pasion on sharing knowledge.
Hard-working, good at communication.
