Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies and conduct in-
depth research to understand the potential applications of AI matching market requirements
Utilize your expertise to transform researched trends into actionable projects, create POC to show off company AI capacity
Provide strategic consultation to the board of directors on AI technology trends and lead the direction for AIoT within the company
Provide consultation and solution to any clients and enterprises with needs on system design or
implementation of AI solutions (particularly manufacturing, logistics... industries)
Lead the AIoT team to perform both research and real project, identify skill gaps and training
needs within the AI team.
Collaborate with Business development (Sales and Marketing) team to catch up with martket dynamics

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduated from top university, majoring in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Automation/Automative Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related IoT fields, preferably Master‘s degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience in AI research and development, preferably real-hand projects (esp. AIoT in manufacturing)
Proven experience in the IT Outsourcing company is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English
Excellent problem-solving, and strategic skills.
Nice to have mentoring/team leading experience.
Bold and pioneering personality.
